Do NOT go anywhere else if you need any education about what you're buying. Andrew (Anders maybe) just spent twenty minutes going over the features and benefits of their lawnmowers and didn't just try to sell me something expensive; he really tried to find the best product for me, and insisted I call back if I had any questions after I left. These guys are the BEST!
Nice people to work with but don't hover over customers the entire time. If you ask if they need help and they say no then say something like," okay,well I'll be around if you need anything" and then Walk Away. Nothing is more uncomfortable than having a sales person up my butt the whole time. If a customer needs help,they'll ask. The workers hover Way too much. Save the surveillance for the "pants up ,don't loot" gangster crowd. I'm not stealing,I'm browsing. Move on.
