This is a laid back place to work out. No pressure.
Judgement free zone?? Well then why was I judged by almost every staff member for bringing my child? Childhood obesity is a serious problem and my son is trying to lose weight. I understand I need to sign a waiver, but the harsh discrimination is entirely unnecessary! So they do judge you when you walk through the door, as much as they say they don't. ...oh yeah, no wifi, no sauna, and I think the showers are probably better in Cumberland County Jail.
All the equipments are in pretty good condition and the place is well maintained. But no WiFi for listening to music while you work out.
