Such an expensive clothing/accessorie store. The problem with this store is that they think they are a Macy's or Best Buy when the truth of the matter is they are a really expensive good will that sells brand names. Not my idea of a good spot to shop. If you feel like spending 39.99 on a pack of 4 white tees then by all means go ahead but me I'll pass.
Clothes and prices are fine. The customer service desk is really slow. Had to wait a long time for an online pick up.
Got some wonderful deals today, not crowded considering it's close to Christmas. Nice lady at the front check out. Very professional and quick.
On vacation and our coffee machine broke. Went here to get a new one. Staff helped us and were very helpful. Told me how to save money on it and open a new account. I did and saved over $35 plus had money to spend while on vacation.
I have been a customer of Kohl's for nearly 13 years and close to 95% of my shopping for clothing and household merchandise online at Kohl's. Occasionally, I'll go into the store if I happen to be out and about. I have not ever been disappointed! Whether on-line or in-store, the customer service is impeccable and the staff are always willing to help out and always polite and friendly.
