Egg on the bagel was ice cold. How did it take 10 minutes to make a bagel and it still not be properly heated?

Good sandwich and good options. Best casual lunch place. Airport prices and their computer system was running slow, but still good.

Ordered a lox and cucumber cream cheese on everything bagel, toasted... What I received was a not toasted bagel, plain cream cheese, and cucumber slices?! No lox, no tomato, no onion... And I opened it after already boarding my flight. The lady at the Portland, Maine airport must have still been asleep while taking my order... Not worth $10.
